For all shipments coming from France, to find out the latest ETA [Estimated Time of Arrival] for your order, log into your account on this website and click on “Orders”. Log into your account by clicking here: https://theotherbordeaux.com/my-account/ . Once you have clicked on “Orders” click on the blue “View” buttons to show exactly what you ordered and what the latest ETA of those wines are. If you are accessing your account from your phone, you may have to turn your phone on its side (“landscape” orientation) so that you can easily see and click on the blue “View” buttons.

Please note that the ETA is the date the ship carrying the wine is predicted to arrive into Port Botany and once it is at the dock the ship still needs to be unloaded before the goods are checked by the customs authorities and before the wine is then delivered to The Other Bordeaux’s premises for re-packaging and dispatch to you. There is normally a two to three week interval between the arrival of the wine at Port Botany and its delivery to you, depending on where your delivery address is in Australia and the current delivery times with Australia Post and Aramex/Fastway in your area.

If you didn’t set up an account, scroll down on this page to read about when the different shipments are arriving.

Just let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

Thank you for your support.

With best wishes,

Tom.
