Majestic Bordeaux nose. Extraordinary aromatic depth, very fresh and intense. Sweeping, ample, voluminous palate. Nutty, earthy, chomping tannin. Quite possibly the best value appellation Bordeaux wine I’ve ever tasted. Strong Médoc/Cabernet character. Vignobles des Quatre Vents is currently the most exciting property in Margaux. Incredible power in even the most humbly priced wines in 2018. Total overperformer.
Won Gold Medals at the Lyon and Aquitaine/Bordeaux wine shows in late 2020, and Silver at Paris.
