80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc. A tiny 3.5 hectare vineyard adjacent to renowned Ch. Pavie. This vineyard is owned and the wine made by JL Thunevin of Ch. de Valandraud fame. This is a wine of wonderful completeness, mellow and mouth-filling, powerful yet soft. It has very good cellaring potential and 2018 was an outstanding vintage. Completely epic Pomerol built for the ages. Scored 94/100 by James Suckling.
