90% Sémillon, 10% Sauvignon Blanc. From the village of Mazères where I began my winemaking apprenticeship in 1998.
2022 saw the return of an exoticly ripe streak to this crisp dry white that brings about the magical synthesis of the edgy backbone from the Sauvignon with the generous fruit of the Sémillon. Light as a feather but with local Graves authenticity and depth of flavour. A pillar of our portfolio.
