Dark ruby with a magenta rim and great colour density. Strong ripe fruit with signature Left Bank-Cabernet Sauvignon menthol-leafiness, graphite pencil shavings, and cherry liqueur, while the palate is lightly extracted, medium to full body, clean and excellently drinkable. Classy Haut-Médoc and the best vintage of this wine that I’ve ever seen.
