This highly acclaimed vintage, awarded 96 points and a Gold Medal by Decanter, is a masterclass in Rhône blending. Grenache provides lush red fruit and warmth, Syrah adds spice and structure, Carignan contributes a rustic lift, while Mourvèdre imparts depth and age-worthiness.
Aromatically, it bursts with black raspberry, sun-warmed cherry, cracked pepper, and dried thyme, evolving toward floral notes and a touch of cured meat. On the palate, it’s succulently full-bodied with very smooth and soft tannins and vibrant acidity. Layers of ripe plum, blackberry compote, cinnamon spice and garrigue are underscored by mineral freshness and a silky, persistent finish.
