Yellow with pink undertones as if Clairette rose is present on the robe; the bouquet has a creamy tone, a honeysuckle, peach presence, is rather graceful, comes with a little snap of white tobacco, gunflint, aniseed. The palate gives a quince, crabapple flavour, notes of lime cordial, is a wine of character and pretty richness and aromatics, shows a neat dab of tannin that furnishes grip on the finish.
