“L’Élégante” 2023 lives up to its name with a poised yet expressive profile that captures the essence of Cairanne’s sun-drenched terroir. The bouquet is immediately captivating, unfolding with aromas of black raspberry, ripe cherry, and wild strawberry, layered with cracked black pepper, dried thyme, and a subtle savoury note reminiscent of cured meats. As it opens, delicate floral tones emerge, adding lift and finesse.
The palate is generous and enveloping, offering a silky texture framed by impressively smooth tannins and a lively thread of acidity.
