The 2018 Château Siaurac is a bold yet beautifully composed Lalande-de-Pomerol, brimming with youthful fruit intensity and impressive depth. The nose bursts with ripe black cherry, damson and blackberry, layered with hints of violet, cocoa and subtle spice. There is a palpable sense of concentration, yet the aromatics remain vibrant and fresh.
On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and richly textured, driven by a core of succulent dark fruit. The warmth of the vintage lends generosity and ripeness, while fine-grained tannins provide structure and longevity. Despite its power, the wine retains admirable balance, with lively acidity lifting the fruit and ensuring energy throughout.
