Tasting Note:
Crafted under the direction of Pierre Lurton — renowned for his leadership at both Château d’Yquem and Château Cheval Blanc — the Château Marjosse Blanc 2025 is a testament to Bordeaux white’s elegance and Lurton’s personal touch. In this warm and low-yielding vintage, the wine reveals extraordinary fruit purity and supple texture.

The nose is intense and focused, bursting with aromas of ripe yellow peach, lemon confit, and white nectarine, interlaced with acacia, orange blossom, and a hint of sweet hay. The presence of old-vine Sémillon (71%) lends richness and gravitas, while Sauvignon Blanc and Gris add brightness and aromatic lift. A whisper of vanilla and toasted almond from partial barrel ageing contributes to the wine’s layered complexity.

On the palate, it is round and silky, with soft acidity framing flavours of orchard fruit, grilled citrus, and subtle spice. The clay-limestone terroir delivers a fine mineral backbone and a persistent, elegant finish. Enjoy now for its expressive charm or cellar for up to 5 years to discover greater texture and nuance.

Perfect alongside roast chicken with tarragon, seafood pie, or soft cheeses like Brillat-Savarin.
