I recommend that you stock up on 2023 Chablis because the 2024 crop was MINUSCULE and many producers did not make any wine at all in 2024 due to a bad hail storm. The 2023 is excellent but the winery’s available stocks are running low.
Ripe peach and apricot, intense lemon tart, melting marshmallows and buttered toast, while the palate is light, clean, and dry with lots of zing and refreshing acidity. Great value Chablis .
