Glinting pale gold in the glass, it opens with a rush of vibrant aromatics—zesty lemon sorbet and fresh-cut Sauvignon herbs mingle with deeper notes of custard, ginger spice, and warm apple crumble. Hints of lemongrass and citrus zest lend a lifted edge, while Sémillon’s trademark roundness provides quiet depth beneath the brightness.
