100% Chardonnay. Yves Louvet is an entirely family-owned estate entering its fifth generation, based in the hamlet of Tauxières-Mutry on the Montagne de Reims, epicentre of Champagne growers for centuries, led by current winemaker Frédéric Louvet, and his wife and son.
Benchmark Blanc de Blancs with savoury, mineral, gently floral nose, lemon tart, brioche, and notions of maritime air, while the palate is tight and vibrating with very fine bubbles, crispy acidity, dry, tangy, and long.
