100% Chardonnay, like all Chablis is. Pale gold colour. Scintillating nose of gunpowder smoke and crushed rock, lemon tart and vanilla cream, ozone, musk, sherbet, lanolin, and tarragon, while the palate is high voltage, tightly bound and edgy, crisp and dangerously drinkable.
