98% Sémillon and 2% Sauvignon Blanc.
Sensational botrytis perfume, thick and sticky hot-caramel aromas, apricot jam, mint, oaky menthol, chocolate-covered macadamias, toffee apples, smoky bacon, and while the palate may of course be fully sweet it still maintains a scintillating level of crispness on the finish that vibrates its way to dryness at the very end. First class Sauternes for a very reasonable price. Rich nose but modern Sauternes palate (i.e. not cloying). These are 375mL bottles of Sauternes.
