50% Grenache, 30% Shiraz, balance is Carignan. Made by legendary Bordeaux winemaker Jean-Luc Thunevin, founder and winemaker at the iconic Château Valandraud in Saint-Émilion, in partnership with Roussillon vigneron Jean-Roger Calvet.
Bold Grenache-dominant blend offering high-toned dark fruit, smoky vanilla, baking biscuits, voluminous cherry jam, wild strawberry essence, rose water, and roasted marshmallows, while the palate is full and suave, round and soft. Straight forward but upfront red wine drinking pleasure.
