Bright cherry and ripe red fruit lead the way, giving this 2025 Cent Pour Cent Pinot Noir an immediate sense of freshness and energy. The fruit is clear and expressive, with Pinot’s natural perfume coming through beautifully rather than being buried beneath extraction or oak.
On the palate it is juicy, silky and wonderfully easy to enjoy. Fine tannins provide just enough grip, while fresh acidity keeps the ripe fruit moving and gives the wine impressive balance at 13% alcohol. There’s generosity here, but also restraint: supple, vibrant Pinot Noir that values purity and drinkability above sheer weight.
Its 93-point Wine Enthusiast rating underlines just how much this wine delivers. Serve at cellar temperature with roast chicken, duck, pork, charcuterie, mushroom dishes or grilled vegetables. Hugely appealing now, but with the balance to develop gracefully through to 2030.
