Sourced from select parcels, the fruit is carefully hand-harvested and sorted before fermentation in temperature-controlled vats. A combination of gentle punch-downs and pump-overs ensures optimal extraction of colour, flavour, and fine tannin structure while preserving the elegance of Pinot Noir.

Maturation
100% barrel-aged in French oak for approximately 12 months, with a proportion of new oak enhancing depth, spice, and structural complexity.

A flagship cuvée that showcases the rising stature of Sancerre Pinot Noir, the “Héritage” 2022 is a compelling fusion of richness and refinement. Deeply coloured and immediately seductive, the nose reveals layers of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and cherry liqueur, bursting with intensity and warmth. Beneath the fruit lies a complex tapestry of musky, truffle-like savouriness, interwoven with spice, cedar, and a hint of game.

The palate is both generous and finely poised, delivering a silky, flowing texture that carries concentrated dark fruit alongside notes of graphite, dark chocolate, and roasted meat jus. Despite its opulence, the wine retains a sense of precision and lift, with polished tannins and a graceful structure guiding it through to a long, savoury finish.
