Tasting Note:
Screaming Chardonnay purity and minerality with high beam panache, the 2018 Cuvée Paul Vincent showcases the finesse of Chardonnay from some of Champagne’s most esteemed chalk-rich sites. Aromas of toasted brioche and freshly baked pastry mingle with floral overtones and a subtle mineral thread. On the palate, it offers precision and poise—fresh yet rounded, with a creamy mousse and crisp acidity supporting flavors of citrus zest, white flowers, and a delicate nuttiness. The Extra Brut dosage sharpens the wine’s focus, lending tension and length to a clean, vibrant finish.
An ideal aperitif Champagne, it also pairs beautifully with oysters, scallop carpaccio, or aged goat cheese. Drink now or cellar for further refinement over the next 5–7 years.
