100% Pinot Noir. Just 4 barrels (1200 bottles) of this wine are made every year from a minuscule 0.2 hectare black of vines in the Givry Premier Cru zone around the village of Jambles. I am very pleased to have secured 120 bottles of this wine for The Other Bordeaux, 10% of their entire annual production of this wine.
Lifted violet perfume, black cherry essence, cranberry sauce, spice, and high pinosity, while the palate is firmly structured with tannin backbone and savoury to give this wine great potential for the development of earthy Pinot complexity in the cellar.
