“Engaging with its glossy cherry color, this wine takes care of its presentation as well as its bouquet, which is open and abundant, with notes of violet, crunchy black fruits, juniper berry and leather. In unison, the palate appears powerful and full-bodied, carried by a beautiful freshness and an elegant finish tinged with spices. A nice piece of rare beef or meat in sauce will quickly balance the touch of tannic austerity, which is just a minor reminder of this wine’s youthful exuberance.”
